The smaller Seven Seas Navigator, which holds just 490 passengers, has all of the same eateries above, too, with the exception of Chartreuse. Regent lumps all of these ships together in one class, and we do, too, because they share many of the same features despite their size variation. Regent's two (soon to be three) Explorer Class ships are the creme-de-la-creme of the Regent fleet — the vessels you'll want to pick if you gravitate to the most new and modern vessels. The new ship was planned to be of similar dimensions and capacity as the Seven Seas Voyager and Seven Seas Mariner, but with larger accommodations and expanded public spaces.

In May-September 2024, Seven Seas Explorer has scheduled 15x 7-night and 2x 14-night Alaskan voyages (between Seward AK and Vancouver BC Canada). The season ends with the Transpacific relocation from Alaska to Asia (Vancouver to Tokyo) in September. Project's implementation schedule for 2019 included the ships Voyager (April 5), Explorer (April 8), Mariner (June 5) and Navigator (June 18). All Regent ships are named with the prefix "Seven Seas", connotating all the world's oceans. The name is a most proper one, especially for the Voyager - an ex-USSR's Navy ice-class ship-to-be. Bought as a hull, she is now one of the most recognizable top luxury passenger ships, sailing all the Seven Seas of the World.
